Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the text messages sent by EZ Stop Laundromat, owned and operated by Abdo Babukr, a sole proprietorship, at 1000 Power Ave, Suite C, Pittsburg, CA 94565.

Text messages
- Program. EZ Stop Laundromat Text Messages. We text you only about your own wash & fold or pickup and delivery order:
- Verification codes. When you drop off at our wash & fold dropbox, or book a pickup on our online booking form at order.ezstoplaundromat.com, you enter your mobile number, tap “Text me a code”, and we text you a one-time code. Entering the code confirms the number, so we know whose laundry it is.
- Order texts. Updates about your order: drop-off received, pickup booked, driver on the way, picked up, your weight and total with a payment link, ready or out for delivery, and delivered.
- Consent. On our dropbox page and our online booking form, tapping “Text me a code” sends you the code. On our dropbox page, ticking the box “Also text me updates about this order” (never ticked for you) agrees to order texts. For pickup and delivery, you agree by ticking the box “Text me updates about this order” (never ticked for you) on our online booking form at order.ezstoplaundromat.com, by saying yes when we ask while you book by phone, or by answering yes to “Text me updates about this order” when you book by email. Agreeing to order texts is not a condition of any purchase: you can drop off your laundry at the front desk, or book a pickup by phone without texts.
- How often. One code each time you request one, and up to 7 texts per order. We do not send marketing messages.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. We will confirm by text and send nothing more unless you reply START. Your order still goes ahead; call us for updates.
- Help. Reply HELP, call us at (925) 430-3518, or email info@ezstoplaundromat.com.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your number and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
