Self Service

What are your hours?

6AM to 10PM. The last wash starts at 9:30PM.

How can I pay?

Cash, debit, credit, or tap to pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our payment center has a bill breaker.

Do I need to bring soap?

No. Our soap center has soap, bleach, softeners and laundry bags.

Can I wash a comforter?

Yes. Our 6-load and 8-load washers take comforters and blankets, up to a king. Or let us wash it for you: Twin $12, Full/Queen $16, King $20.

Wash & Fold

How much does it cost?

$1.75 a pound for next day, $2.25 a pound for same day. The minimum is 15 lb, or 10 lb with one comforter, or none with two or more comforters.

When will it be ready?

That depends on when you drop it off. See the ready times table.

How does the drop box work?

Scan the QR code on the drop box, enter your mobile number and the code we text you, and the door opens. Put your bag inside. We text you the weight and total once it's weighed. Rather not get a text? Drop off at the front desk.

How do I pay for wash & fold?

Pay by card from the link in your weight text, or pay when you collect it or when we deliver.

Pickup & Delivery

Where do you pick up?

Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch and Oakley.

What does it cost?

$10 per order for pickup and delivery, on top of the wash & fold price. It's free on orders over $50.

What texts will I get?

If you tick the box when you book: a confirmation, a text when our driver is about 15 minutes away, the weight and total with a payment link, and a text when your clean laundry is on its way back, about 15 minutes before the driver arrives. Reply STOP any time to opt out.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your bags out at your door, or wherever you say in the booking notes.

Businesses

Do you wash for Airbnbs and businesses?

Yes: sheets, towels and comforters for rentals, cleaners, salons, gyms and more, with weekly accounts at $1.50 a pound. See Commercial Laundry.
