Privacy Policy
EZ Stop Laundromat (“we”, “us”) is owned and operated by Abdo Babukr, a sole proprietorship, at 1000 Power Ave, Suite C, Pittsburg, CA 94565. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect
- Wash & fold dropbox. When you drop off laundry using our dropbox page, we collect your mobile number, the time of your request, whether the code you entered was correct, and your device’s IP address (used only to stop abuse, such as repeated requests).
- Orders. When you use wash & fold or schedule a pickup or delivery, we keep the contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email and address, and whether you agreed to order texts, to provide that service.
- This website. We use no cookies and no analytics of our own. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts and our location page shows an embedded Google Map, so Google may receive your IP address when those load.
How we use it
- To text you a one-time verification code when you ask for one.
- To text you updates about your order, if you agreed to order texts.
- To match your drop-off to you, so we can contact you about your order.
- To prevent abuse of the dropbox and our text messages.
We do not use your number to send marketing or promotional messages.
Text messages
We text you only about your own order: a one-time verification code when you ask for one on our dropbox page, and, if you agree, updates about your wash & fold or pickup and delivery order, such as pickup booked, driver on the way, your weight and total with a payment link, and delivered. Up to 7 texts per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work: Twilio, which delivers our text messages, and Cloudflare, which hosts our website and dropbox page. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Dropbox verification records, including your number and IP address, are deleted after 90 days. Order details are kept as long as needed to provide the service and keep basic business records.
How we protect it
Verification records are stored on our own system with restricted access. Verification codes are never stored in readable form, and phone numbers are masked in our activity logs.
Your choices
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling, emailing or visiting us. If you would rather not receive texts, drop off your laundry at the front desk, or book a pickup without texts.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
